Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development and delivery of scalable digital solutions
- Build and optimise microservices and cloud-native architectures (Azure)
- Design and implement authentication and identity solutions (incl. AUTH0)
- Develop and deploy RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI-driven solutions
- Drive engineering best practice (testing, CI/CD, quality, design patterns)
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and business stakeholders to solve problems
- Mentor engineers and uplift team capability
- Champion continuous improvement across technology and ways of working
