- Own, maintain and improve the Onboard/offboard lifecycle including engagement with third parties
- Own & Maintain Technical Verification process including validating telemetry and test dispatches
- Own and maintain general fleet monitoring including dispatch compliance, fleet availability and SLA metrics
- Support process updates for new and emerging OEMs
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and implement efficiency and automation opportunities
