- Own, maintain and improve the onboard/offboard lifecycle
- Own and maintain general fleet monitoring, including dispatch compliance, fleet availability & counterparty SLA metrics
- Support process updates for new and emerging OEMs
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders in Customer Markets, Energy Markets & Development, and Technology
- Identify and implement efficiency and automation opportunities
