Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Retail Transformation program and operational teams to monitor and implement new regulatory obligations, ensuring compliance is embedded across key initiatives.
•Provide clear, commercially pragmatic regulatory advice that highlights risks and enables informed decision-making in a complex regulatory environment.
•Lead engagement with regulators, including the Australian Energy Regulator and Essential Services Commission of Victoria, coordinating cross-functional responses to information requests and regulatory matters.
•Support major business initiatives-such as product development, marketing campaigns, external communications and sales processes-by providing practical, solutions-focused regulatory guidance.
•Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a strong compliance culture where risks are openly discussed, learnings are shared, and best practice is embedded across the program.
