Key Responsibilities
- Lead service continuity, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning, testing, governance, and scheduling across IE Technology and drive remediation activity
- Own OTSM processes that support Technology resilience, preparedness, and recovery
- Oversee OT asset and configuration management, ensuring accuracy and effective service tiering
- Apply project management discipline to manage actions arising from audits, risk assessments, DR testing, and major incidents
- Partner with managed service providers and Technology teams to deliver resilience uplift initiatives to agreed scope, cost, and timelines
- Provide governance oversight, audit coordination, reporting, and insights across service continuity, risk, and operational stability
- Visit operational sites up to four times per year, as required
