Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Australian laws, regulations, standards, permits and codes, acting as electrical licence holder and/or technical nominee with regulators.
- Drive efficient operational processes and continuous improvement by maintaining and enhancing the Integrated Management System.
- Lead and support safe, high-quality solar installation and maintenance activities.
- Undertake on-site activities such as pre-sales inspections, tender meetings, routine O&M inspections, incident and outage response.
- Engage with clients, contractors and internal teams, support development and implementation of HSE and quality procedures.
- Ensure contractor engagement and project activities are conducted in line with AGL's contractor management framework.
- Support strong safety and quality outcomes by assisting with incident and near-miss investigations, driving timely close-out of corrective actions.
