Key Responsibilities
- Root cause analysis and resolution of operational issues, incidents and trends, and identification and delivery of improvement opportunities.
- Proactive monitoring, investigation and analysis of debt performance reports, metrics, forecasts and trends, on a daily and weekly basis.
- Proactively supporting positive debt performance outcomes for the consumer debt book.
- Implementation of debt performance initiatives (based on analytical insights) that impact positively on debt book and customer experience.
- Monitoring ‘end to end’ collections framework to ensure process integrity, working with key internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution.
