Key Responsibilities

•Own and uplift governance frameworks, controls, reporting and processes for all Technology vendor and partner engagements
•Ensure compliance across SoWs, extensions, rate changes, managed service drawdowns, and utilisation decisions
•Provide independent commercial assurance, validating financial alignment, contractual clarity, SoW quality, and adherence to TBM principles
•Identify and proactively manage commercial risks, recommending mitigations to Technology leaders and bundle owners
•Guide Delivery Leads, Domain teams, Project Managers, and Service Owners on governance, SoW interpretation, and commercial pathways
•Deliver reporting & insights to support budgeting and forecasting across contingent workforce and managed service spend
•Lead governance education and uplift initiatives to strengthen commercial discipline and capability across Technology
