Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of highly scalable, resilient distributed systems.
- Drive architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
- Develop technology and processes for KYC data collection and automated verification.
- Evolve platform frameworks for onboarding legal entities.
- Influence full software development lifecycle: architecture, design, testing, deployment, operational excellence.
- Take end-to-end ownership of production performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Define SLOs, improve observability, implement monitoring and alerting.
- Identify scalability, reliability, and performance bottlenecks and drive initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Onboarding, Merchant Operations, and Regulatory teams.
- Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering engineering excellence.
