Key Responsibilities

•Shape AI Product Strategy: Partner with product managers, R&D, and architecture teams to identify high-impact use cases for AI.
•Own AI Products: Drive products from vision and specification through GTM and post-release iteration.
•Drive Product Development: Translate AI initiatives into concrete deliverables, ensuring seamless integration between foundational AI services and customer-facing features.
•Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with engineering, data science, security, design, and GTM teams to define, launch, evaluate and enhance AI-driven experiences.
•Ensure Trustworthy AI: Contribute to principles and guardrails for ethical AI development and data governance, anticipating failure modes and ensuring compliance and transparency.
•Measure & Optimize: Track product outcomes (engagement, retention, ROI) and monitor AI evals and user feedback to iterate and refine AI experiences.
