Key Responsibilities
- Redesign how finance works – close, controls, reporting
- Make the ERP earn its keep – streamline, automate, integrate
- Partner with Business Control to embed finance in the business
- Own the close and statutory reporting across NL, Germany, Belgium, UK, and Spain
- Tackle technical stuff – transfer pricing, intercompany, purchase price allocation, internal controls, asset impairment assessments
- Bring the team up – coach and develop more junior colleagues
