  • •Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding journey
  • •Championing and monitoring the learning and development of team members across both properties, including facilitating employee training workshops
  • •Promoting and enhancing employee benefits, rewards & recognition programs
  • •Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits and procedures
  • •Driving team member engagement, promoting a positive culture and bringing fun to work
  • •Completing HR reports and ensuring compliance with legislation and Accor policies
