Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of key corporate, inbound and wholesale accounts
- Identify, research and secure new business opportunities across both properties
- Support the development and execution of sales budgets, forecasts and strategic sales plans
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to optimise ADR, occupancy and total hotel revenue
- Drive business development activity, including sales calls, account reviews and ROI reporting
- Develop a strategic plan for identifying major account and business opportunities in all market segments
- Coach, mentor and support the sales team to achieve KPIs and grow capability
- Collaborate closely with the hotel's operational teams to uphold service excellence
- Ensure consistent use of Accor systems and adherence to brand standards and values
- Represent the hotels and Accor at industry events, trade shows and networking functions
