Key Responsibilities
- Support department managers with recruitment, onboarding, and employment contracts
- Maintain employee records and generate reports
- Support WHS initiatives
- Support employee inquiries
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Facilitate training sessions such as Heartist and Pullman Brand & Service Culture
- Coordinate employee relations and assist in WorkCover cases
- Participate in disciplinary & feedback meetings
- Ensure compliance with legislation and policies
- Upskill team members and foster career development
