Key Responsibilities
- Work across both Reception and Food & Beverage outlet
- Supervise, train, and support front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily operations of the reception/front desk area
- Manage check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to encourage development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational standards
- Be an advocate of ALL: Accor’s loyalty program to non members
