Key Responsibilities

•Produce a program for the activities for civil engineering construction projects during the tender, delivery, and completion phases of projects
•Management and production of programs developed from first principles using the project scope of works, design documentations and project delivery strategies
•Coordinate internal and external stakeholders input to develop accurate project programs
•Assigning plant, labor, and materials resources into the project program and producing histograms and s-curves to support the project controls process
•Converting tender / bid program into the contract master program
•Development of the program management plan and all other program supporting documentation
•Manage time-risk and time-opportunities and responsible for project schedule risk analysis (both qualitative and quantitative) and the allocation of time contingency into master program
•Regular site visits and record the progression of the project works
•Progress updates and reporting on the project program in consultation with the relevant stakeholders
•Assist with the identification and application of approved and non-approved changes to the program and analyse cause and effect from such changes
