Key Responsibilities

•Advise on complex legal and commercial frameworks underpinning long-term PPPs, including state government-backed performance regimes.
•Partner with financial sponsors and lenders to structure and negotiate multi-million-dollar equity and debt arrangements.
•Lead legal input across bid and origination phases, including drafting and negotiating NDAs, exclusivity, consultancy, and partnering agreements.
•Manage external counsel and provide guidance across full project documentation suites, including project deeds, D&C and O&M contracts, finance and equity agreements.
•Support assets through delivery and operations, advising on refinancing, claims, disputes, and broader legal risk, while ensuring ESG and contractual compliance.
