Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of all transmission tower works in line with approved program and budget
- Manage scope, schedule, cost and risk across tower foundations, steel fabrication, logistics and erection activities
- Ensure compliance with Builder PSDR, project approvals, contractual obligations and construction methodologies
- Provide leadership to project engineers, supervisors and subcontractors delivering tower works
- Oversee integration between engineering, procurement, logistics and construction to ensure efficient delivery
- Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring tower works are executed safely and in accordance with approved designs and standards
- Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and provide accurate performance reporting through to completion and handover
