Key Responsibilities
- Lead and administer all contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with project deeds, regulatory requirements, and applicable legislation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Contract Management Plan and Subcontract Packaging and Procurement Plan.
- Manage variations, claims, disputes, and adjustment events, including approval and escalation processes.
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities including RFx, tender evaluation, award, and contract execution.
- Monitor supplier performance, manage long-lead items, and mitigate commercial and supply chain risks.
- Provide commercial advice, reporting, forecasting, and input to cost management and monthly progress reports.
- Act as the key commercial interface with project partners, subcontractors, auditors, and assurance bodies.
