Key Responsibilities
- Gather, structure and translate NFR business requirements into functional designs for key GRC modules
- Ensure solutions align with NFR policies, risk frameworks and regulatory expectations within MetricStream SaaS
- Drive the business side of data migration including scope definition, data quality validation, migration waves and audit-ready reconciliation
- Support UAT and acceptance testing, resolve functional issues and ensure business readiness for go-live and transition to BAU
- Act as a trusted expert in NFR processes and GRC tooling, advising stakeholders and driving adoption
- Collaborate closely with Business, IT and Risk stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation
