- Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
- Provide 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career OTs, alongside operational support
- Manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings
- Assessing participants with complex emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical needs
- Using clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals
- Supporting team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance
