Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the Inside Sales team (6 FTE) to support both performance and individual growth
- Foster a supportive and structured team environment
- Conduct regular performance and development conversations
- Monitor team performance and steer on KPIs and targets
- Act as the first point of escalation for commercial and operational challenges
- Support the team in complex quotations, pricing, and customer cases
- Ensure smooth daily operations and high service quality
- Drive commercial results
- Own team sales results, margins, and KPIs
- Monitor pricing and margins and guide the team where needed
- Identify and realize up- and cross-selling opportunities
