Key Responsibilities
- Join sales conversations, build credibility through AI domain expertise, and help scope and estimate AI projects alongside the commercial team
- Lead workshops to surface business problems, map AI opportunities, and define measurable outcomes clients can commit to
- Translate requirements into AI solution architectures; specify what to build and why
- Act as sparring partner for the Delivery Manager and ML Engineers during project execution; keep client expectations aligned
- Represent the AI roadmap in quarterly business reviews; advise clients on AI maturity, adoption, and next steps
