- Identify challenges, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within current project execution practices.
- Research AI technologies and data-driven approaches relevant to project management in industrial automation.
- Analyze where and how AI can support project managers through predictive insights, decision support, and automation of repetitive tasks.
- Develop and validate use cases for AI-enabled project management in collaboration with project teams.
- Translate research findings into a structured and practical roadmap for AI adoption in daily project workflows.
- Document results in a high-quality thesis report and present findings to internal stakeholders.
