Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an organization-wide cryptographic strategy, aligned with current and emerging risks
- Define policies, guidelines, and standards for cryptography across multiple domains and teams
- Advise on key management, crypto lifecycle, and governance
- Guide the organization in its preparation for post-quantum cryptography, including scenario planning and impact assessments
- Review and assess cryptographic implementations created by internal security engineers
- Translate regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST, ETSI) into actionable practices
- Act as a subject matter expert for both internal stakeholders and external partners
