Key Responsibilities
- Own the Trips domain end-to-end, including the trip page and the content and AI engine
- Manage content specialists and own content strategy, regional prioritization, and pipeline
- Study travel organizers' needs, prioritize them, and develop solutions or hypotheses
- Drive all necessary functions to build and launch solutions
- Drive adoption and grow revenue and profit
- Design the trip page and selling experience
- Develop dynamic trip builder, day-by-day itineraries, high-converting pages and proposals, and mobile app for travelers
- Build content and AI engine including WeTravel Library, organizer's own library, and AI-assisted building
- Have direct and continuous access to C-level executives to ideate and create products
