- Learn Vapi’s product, customer use cases, sales motion, and common technical objections.
- Own technical discovery and demos for active enterprise deals.
- Build customer-specific demos and help design POCs.
- Lead the technical side of enterprise deals from first call through close and go-live.
- Create reusable artifacts, document integration patterns and common objections.
- Feed repeated product gaps back to engineering and product.
