Key Responsibilities

•Maintain program governance routines and support steering committee preparation.
•Operational manage the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
•Track risks, issues, and actions (RAID) and support mitigation planning.
•Produce weekly/monthly dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
•Consolidate status updates into clear reports and dashboards for leadership.
•Facilitate cross-team alignment, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
•Maintain PMO standards, templates, and documentation quality.
•Track ownership and follow-up actions.
•Schedule appointments and ensure appropriate meeting attendance.
