Key Responsibilities
- Maintain program governance routines and support steering committee preparation.
- Manage the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track risks, issues, and actions (RAID) and support mitigation planning.
- Produce weekly/monthly dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
- Consolidate status updates into clear reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
- Maintain PMO standards, templates, and documentation quality.
- Track ownership and follow-up actions.
- Schedule appointments and ensure meeting attendance at the right level.
