Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain corporate standards, KPIs and maturity models for S&OE and Demand Planning
- Coordinate planning activities and decision-making across Airports, Distribution and Warehousing
- Coach S&OE Coordinators and support Demand Planners with tools, training and governance
- Strengthen the connection between short-term execution and the tactical planning cycle (S&OP)
- Drive forecast accuracy and harmonization across domains
- Represent S&OE and Demand Planning in the IBP transformation program
- Partner with Anaplan, Power BI and ERP/DRP teams on tooling and data quality
