Key Responsibilities
- Advisor to a broad range of stakeholders both in and outside finance.
- Drive standardization and initiate improvements within Payroll, using end-to-end expertise to enhance processes and tools.
- Provide expertise on payroll process and offer guidance within Hire to Retire scope.
- Monitor and drive performance based on defined KPIs.
- Contribute to developing and managing HR & finance architecture, including processes, systems, and data (-products), to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with (HR) IT and payroll partner to deliver technically sound, sustainable payroll solutions.
- Stay updated on new technological developments, manage architecture changes, and advise on priorities and risks.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation.
- Collaborate with global teams on Hire to Retire transformation projects.
