Key Responsibilities
- Deep dive into BizOps workflows to identify technical friction and operational debt.
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for large-scale initiatives such as AI transformation and automation.
- Drive adoption and behavior change for new tools, dashboards, and processes across EMEA.
- Bridge strategy and technical execution by translating operational problems into technical requirements.
- Scale and standardize solutions across markets to prevent fragmentation.
- Proactively identify where adoption is lagging and diagnose root causes.
- Support EMEA BizOps strategy sessions by translating priorities into actionable roadmaps.
- Serve as a senior IC peer to BizOps leaders for complex cross-functional priorities.
