Key Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and drive execution at scale: Define the overarching restaurant Pickup growth strategy - and bring it to life through toolkits, playbooks, and processes that enable local teams to execute consistently across EMEA.
- Own end-to-end growth programs: Lead integrated initiatives that increase restaurant same-store-demand growth and ROI within the Pickup fulfillment method.
- Be accountable for performance: Track and analyze key growth KPIs - including same-store-demand, adoption, session conversion, and ROI - and translate insights into clear action plans.
- Champion the restaurant: Put restaurants at the center of every decision, ensuring strategies and products fuel their sustainable same-store-demand growth and ROI.
