Key Responsibilities
- Own projects and support development of strategy and tactics to improve driver quality, engagement, loyalty, retention, and experience.
- Collaborate with Tech to test and rollout features, and lead the GTM strategy.
- Monitor engagement and experience through analytics and insights, identifying improvement areas.
- Work closely with EMEA regional ops, Safety, Marketing, Legal, Business Development, Policy & Comms, and Tech teams.
