Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice across the EU region on payments and financial services ecosystem.
- Advise business leadership on legal risks, opportunities, and regulatory developments.
- Monitor and advise on financial services regulations and card scheme rules.
- Involved in design, planning and launch of new product developments and business initiatives.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with payment processors, banks, fintech partners.
- Manage outside counsel regionally, including budget planning and monitoring.
