Key Responsibilities

•Build and improve the consumer-facing marketplace experience on Trustoo
•Develop high-quality React.js and Next.js applications and components
•Improve key journeys such as search, provider discovery, request flows, matching and comparison
•Build experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion and user experience
•Work on performance, responsiveness and scalability across web and mobile
•Develop and maintain APIs and backend services in CakePHP where needed
•Translate product and design concepts into robust, production-ready solutions
•Use AI-assisted development tools to increase development speed and quality
•Take ownership of projects from technical design through implementation, testing and release
•Work closely with Product, Design, Data and Marketing to continuously improve the marketplace
