Key Responsibilities
- Support technical development of garments from concept to production, translating design sketches into specifications.
- Maintain approved blocks, measurement standards, and technical records.
- Prepare for and participate in fit sessions, providing technical recommendations.
- Document fit decisions and communicate amendments to suppliers.
- Analyze and resolve fit and construction issues, escalating exceptions as needed.
- Evaluate impact of technical changes on fit, construction, and quality.
- Apply garment-construction knowledge considering fabric behavior and finishing.
- Partner with Product Development, Supply Chain, suppliers, and QA to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate technical information in PLM system.
- Manage sample and fit priorities against seasonal critical path.
- Support sample readiness and fit-session preparation.
