Key Responsibilities
- Develop production plans aligned with brand KPIs, sales deadlines, requested delivery dates, and warehouse inbounding capacity.
- Gather and analyze vendor information, including lead times, capacity constraints, MOQs, upcharges, and liability targets to optimize supply strategies.
- Assess regional forecasts and lead times, challenge delivery dates aiming to reduce fabric commitments to the minimum and proactively focusing on optimization.
- Placing early buys/commitments when necessary to mitigate supply risks.
- Consolidate Regional orders into a Global buy, negotiating additional production costs and delivery dates with vendors, ensuring alignment between actual vs. forecasted quantities.
- Work in collaboration with vendors and offshore teams to confirm buys, finalize delivery timelines, and manage any additional costs.
- Responsible for flawless data integrity/accuracy, support leads with broader analyses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Find ways to optimize current ways of working within the Outlet channel.
