Key Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of aesthetic output and execution of PVHS, including guidelines, photography, videography, still-life, AI, shot mapping, angles, body language and expressions
- Responsible for output of On-Model and Still-Life E-Commerce imagery against brand standards
- Concept, deliver, and oversee assigned Special Projects and Capsules
- Lead and manage freelance creative teams on set to hit image quality bar
- Collaborate with production to train new freelance teams
- Partner with peers to find root cause issues of broken processes
- Ensure imagery is consistent with shoot and brand guidelines
- Balance commercial, strategic, and creative considerations
- Develop and update Shoot & Styling Guidelines with Sr. Creative Manager
- Utilize consumer insights and data to test and implement PDP guidelines
- Propose testing for new E-Commerce PDP creative content treatments using video, AI, AR, 3D, avatars, and fit tools
