Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical development process from concept to production.
- Participate in fit sessions, record comments, and assist with communicating updates.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of technical data in PLM.
- Support the team in following the critical path to ensure on-time delivery.
- Build foundational technical skills through hands-on learning in fittings, specs, and vendor communication.
- Collaborate with sourcing, quality, and overseas teams to resolve day-to-day technical issues.
- Assist with sample organization, meeting preparation, and reporting as needed.
