Key Responsibilities
- Collaboratively source and present creative research within Tommy Hilfiger brand strategy
- Design within Tailoring product category with luxury handwriting
- Use Illustrator or hand sketching to communicate design ideas
- Prepare sketches for divisional digital presentations and follow up styles
- Create garment worksheets and prepare PLM to send to factories
- Work closely with pattern cutters and fit team on silhouettes and fittings
- Partner with Product Developer to execute styles and ensure smooth workflow
- Attend key milestones such as proto review, style outs and show prep
- Partner with sourcing teams about qualities, washes, trims and details
- Follow up on selected sourcing and fabrics each season
- Work closely with Design Team to align design aesthetics and seasonal details
- Work to multiple overlapping calendar deadlines
