- Represent H&W internally and externally, nationally and internationally
- Provide strategic direction and translate ambitions into clear choices, strategy and execution

- Bring together different interests, disciplines and perspectives around shared societal challenges
- Build consensus and operate effectively across the stakeholder landscape
- Make clear choices and take difficult decisions when necessary
- Work closely with the Executive Team and report to the TNO Board of Management / COO
