Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day maintenance issues across the hotel, from plumbing and lighting to locks and small repairs
- Complete daily walkarounds and keep indoor and outdoor areas clean, safe, and looking sharp
- Carry out preventative maintenance checks to spot issues before they become problems
- Tackle minor painting and cosmetic fixes when things need a refresh
- Support and coordinate external contractors when specialist work is needed
- Keep an eye on stock levels for tools, materials, and spare parts
- Jump in on ad hoc tasks and support the Maintenance Manager when required
