Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor Capex budgets on a monthly basis and support Engineering team on decision making
- Ensure Capex requests meet financial, operational, and compliance standards
- Monitor project execution, track actual vs. forecasted spend, and communicate variances to stakeholders
- Assess ROI, payback, and strategic fit of investments, providing clear recommendations to leadership
- Deliver transparent and actionable Capex reports to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams to evaluate investment proposals
- Lead the overall transfer pricing process, ensuring accurate outputs aligned with business realities
- Translate new transfer pricing policies into simple, actionable guidance for all European markets
- Drive process enhancement initiatives and lead workstream within company-wide transformation program
- Proactively identify transfer pricing risks and advise management on mitigation strategies
