Key Responsibilities
- Monitor process performance, troubleshoot abnormalities, and lead root‑cause analysis.
- Lead or support Process Safety Management activities including PHA, MOC, PSSR, and Mechanical Integrity.
- Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, capacity, and cost.
- Provide process input to capital projects from front‑end engineering through commissioning.
- Design and run plant trials, improve operating procedures, and update technical documentation.
- Support emissions reduction, energy efficiency, and environmental performance initiatives.
