• •Translate project targets into experimental work programs with minimal supervision.
• •Develop, deliver, and document new seed enhancement technologies and processes.
• •Align procedures with global best practices.
• •Deliver high-level scientific reports in English.
• •Participate in collaborative work programs with seed processing operations.
• •Develop and maintain awareness of seed enhancement technologies.
• •Proactively seek and share knowledge and scout for latest technologies.
• •Ensure full HSE compliance and promote environmentally sustainable solutions.
