Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Accounts Payable and Treasury team, prioritize work, provide operational support, and serve as first point of contact and escalation.
- Establish department goals and measure performance with appropriate KPIs.
- Assess processes and redefine future processes.
- Ensure accurate monitoring of vendor cards and suspense accounts.
- Provide coordination and follow-up support to the Accounts Payable team, including timely invoice processing in Medius, monitoring workflows, and maintaining vendor master data.
- Maintain a dashboard and keep Finance Manager, Board, and stakeholders informed.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Lead process improvements to increase automation in invoice processing.
- Support Treasury Team in bank account setup, management, and timely payment processing.
