Key Responsibilities
- Gain insight into real-life operational challenges and customer impact
- Work closely with Operational EDI team
- Map and analyze current O2C and EDI processes (AS-IS)
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and root causes in daily operations with EDI
- Collaborate with Operational excellence, Commercial excellence and IT teams
- Design a future-state O2C process driven by EDI (TO-BE)
- Define improvement initiatives and service opportunities
- Deliver an advisory report and final presentation
