- Leverage sales management expertise to collaborate and drive execution of Europe sales strategy
- Manage sales and relationship management resources across Northern Europe; define sales goals
- Enhance sales footprint for increased collaboration and contribution to sales results
- Identify opportunities in Northern Europe to grow the business and collaborate with Sales strategy team
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive efficiency and quality client interactions
- Provide first-line leadership on client engagement issues
- Work with Client Coverage Strategy and Operations to ensure appropriate infrastructure
- Ensure robust governance and compliance with contractual, statutory and regulatory obligations
- Ensure a control environment that supports a compliance and risk culture
- Lead collaboration across State Street Bank divisions to promote the franchise
