- Build and optimise AI agents capable of performing offensive security tasks
- Develop LLM applications, agent harnesses, APIs and data models
- Own projects from idea → MVP → production → iteration
- Evaluate agent performance using real-world security testing
- Debug and improve AI systems operating in production
- Respond to production issues and improve system reliability
- Experiment quickly, learn from results and continuously improve the product
